A Fun and Meaningful Day with FunCo
When OTIS approached us to bring their Kids Safety Ambassador Day 2025 to life, our goal was clear: create a meaningful, engaging and fun experience that kids would remember. Held at Kinex Mall, this event focused on educating young ones about safety in a light, interactive and family-friendly way. And yes, we handled everything from planning to execution so the client could simply enjoy the day.

Full Event Planning and Management
From the overall event concept to on-ground coordination, FunCo took care of all the details. That included creative planning, venue layout, logistic arrangements and smooth run-of-show management. We ensured every touch point reflected OTIS’s message of safety and learning through play.
Custom Design and Branding
We handled the design of all marketing materials and event visual elements.
This included:
- Event board sign customisation
- Branded activity instructions
- Themed visuals throughout the event space

Hands-On Kids Activities
To keep children excited and learning, we provided interactive and personalised activity stations:
- Customised Dice Game with Giant Dice
A playful take on learning. Kids rolled giant dice and completed safety-related missions. - Custom Tote Bag Designing Station
Each child received a tote bag to colour and bring home, complete with colouring materials designed for the theme. - Kids Activity Furniture Setup
Comfortable kids-sized tables, chairs and bean bags made the activity space welcoming and enjoyable.
Event Setup and Technical Support
We provided a full audio setup along with LED screens and TV displays for programme visuals.
Our team also handled:
- Event space staging
- Activity table settings
- On-ground facilitation
- End-of-event tear down and clearance
Everything ran seamlessly for a smooth experience from start to finish.
