These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by FunCo Events (“we,” “our,” “us”) and apply to all clients, partners, and users of our website and event services. By engaging with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
FunCo Events provides a range of professional event planning and management services, including but not limited to:
- Corporate events (e.g. Dinner & Dance, product launches, seminars)
- Private functions
- Family days and team building activities
- Trade shows and exhibitions
- Pre-event activations and promotions
The scope of each project will be outlined in a customized proposal or agreement prior to commencement.
2. Quotations & Payment Terms
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of services to secure your event date and commence planning.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 working days prior to the event date.
- Payment must be made via bank transfer, PayNow, or other approved methods.
- Late payments may incur interest charges or affect service delivery timelines.
3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Any change requests must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges depending on the scope.
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days prior: 30% cancellation fee
- 15–30 days prior: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 14 days prior: 100% of total fee
- Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to a future date (subject to availability and agreement).
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide timely approvals, necessary details, and access to venues or vendors where required.
- Ensure any content provided (e.g., logos, materials) does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Secure relevant permits or licenses unless otherwise arranged through FunCo Events.
- Take responsibility for guests’ conduct during the event.
5. Use of Event Media
FunCo Events reserves the right to use images and videos taken at the event for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, marketing materials) unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
6. Liability & Indemnity
- While every effort is made to deliver a flawless event, FunCo Events shall not be held liable for:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Damages caused by venue conditions or third-party vendors not managed by us
- Injuries or accidents occurring during the event
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold FunCo Events harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their event.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, and concepts created by FunCo Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are not permitted to reproduce or share this content for other commercial purposes without prior consent.
8. Website Use Terms
- Content on our website is for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced without permission.
- We are not responsible for any third-party content linked through our website.
- Users must not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
